I recently had the pleasure of using Sprinkler Repair Inc. for some maintenance work on my sprinkler system, and I must say they exceeded my expectations in every way. From start to finish, the experience was hassle-free and beyond satisfactory. Firstly, scheduling an appointment was a breeze. The customer service representatives Debbie and Jan were beyond friendly and accommodating, finding a convenient time slot that worked perfectly for me and my busy schedule. They sent out technicians that were prompt and arrived at the scheduled time, which I really value and appreciate. Once my technician Johnny started the repairs, he demonstrated his expertise and professionalism. He carefully assessed the problem areas, explained the necessary repairs, and gave a fair estimate upfront. Johnny and his team worked efficiently, and I could tell that they were experienced and knew what they were doing. They also took the time to answer all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. The repairs were completed within the estimated timeframe, and the results were phenomenal. My sprinkler system is now working flawlessly, thank you so much Johnny for helping me make my yard the best in the neighborhood!!!

Outstanding service! Cody and his assistant showed up on time, assessed what was required to make our sprinkler system work more efficiently, and then processed to make the necessary repairs. Quoted two hours for work and was done well under that. Would definitely use Sprinkler Repair Inc again in the future.

I'm the president of my hoa and contacted sprinkler repair inc. to install a shallow well on my property as well as give 5 of my neighbors a quote for the same thing JJ was very helpful and was able to give each of us a fair price with a bit of a discount since all of us decided to go with him and do the job. My experience with this company has always been top notch! When I purchased my home, Sprinkler Repair Inc., redid my entire system due to several leaks. Some months later, an issue had arose with one of the sprinkle heads. A technician came out the very next day (Saturday) seen what the issue was- a clogged screen and cleared it out in no time. The best part was the technician felt it was such a small and quick fix that it didn't warrant the service fee! Way to go, made my day when Sprinkler Repair Inc, waived that fee! I'm impressed, a company still has that kind of integrity! Life customer!

Great company and customer service!!! I had an emergency situation with my irrigation system Saturday afternoon (water would not turn off and the underground sensor was dead) and could not find a company open to assist with the issue. I submitted a web request to schedule an appointment and within an hour the owner Debbie called to listen to my needs and confirm the appointment. We booked the appointment for Monday morning and the representative Matt was extremely knowledgeable and patient trying to solve the problem for us. Within two hours, Matt located the issue and provided flexible solutions. I am very grateful for both Matt and Debbie's service.

I was very pleased with the service and quality of the work performed by Sprinkler Repair Inc. Pascual and his crew were patient with my questions and helped me to understand what was being done. They professionally worked around all the obstacles in my yard to accomplish superior sprinkler coverage and a more than adequate drainage system. JJ, the general manager made the long trip to check the job and was very friendly. The office staff were equally as professional and friendly keeping me informed about the arrival of their crew or any changes in the schedule.

Sprinkler repair inc. and it's staff of seasoned professionals have been a fixture in central florida for many years. And for very good reason, they are responsive, knowledgeable and you can always count on them in an emergency. Today, one of their technicians, Juan , made in irrigation system repair that allowed me to get back on city water for my house. Juan was very polite, professional, and worked very efficiently and rapidly. I also appreciate it when people performing services have a friendly demeanor and Juans friendly personality brought that extra something to the professional performance that he exhibited. I very highly recommend this company as I have never been disappointed.

Our sprinkler valves were leaking and I was unable to stop the flow of water. I had to shut off the main water supply to the whole house. Matt and Lisandro showed up first thing the next morning and completed the necessary repairs very expeditiously and professionally! Both my wife and I were very pleased with their services (and my wife is a tough customer!) We will definitely call these folks again when we need more services!

We had a serious back yard drainage issue, and Sprinkler Repair not only arrived on time to give us a quote on what needed to be done to fix the issue, they were able to begin and complete the work the same day. The service tech Matt and his helper was on time for the appointment at 2:00 at my home . But I was late coming from work to meet them at the house.He said no problem he would wait . . I am putting in a pool and I need all the wires and pipe moved from one side of the house to the other digging a trench following the outside fence line about 80 feet cap off the back yard zone and capping off other zones. Matt gave me a price on the spot. I told Matt I wanted to go with the quote and when would they be able to do the work? He side they would start now . ( it was 2:30 and raining a little) I said are you sure he said yes. It was done by 5:00 They were awesome. I will with out a doubt use them again.

Wow these guys terrific my system had been down for some time and my grass was really brown from all this heat. The technician I cant recall his name was very skilled and was able to get my system up and running my yard is now starting to look way better and its only been a week or so. I recommend to everyone.
